I made an appointment for an oil change service and a software update, for 1:00. I got there 30 minutes early and they started working on it a little early also. I was out of there about 2:30. It seems as though my software update has solved my problem so far. I live 200 miles away and REALLY APPRECIATED the timely manner of all my services. Great job Paris Chevrolet. I WILL be back.
Dorsey, the salesman, was very easy and accommodating from beginning to end. JT, finance, was also very helpful and easy to work with. Everyone was very courteous and took care off all of our needs. One of if not the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had.
Great dealership with great people. All are friendly and helpful - even the owner. The General Manager gave me a ride home so I didn't have to wait and came and picked me up when my pickup was ready - even bought me lunch. No that's a dealership!
