I arrived and was greeted by friendly reps. Was told how long it would take to finish my recall when recall was finished it was explained what was done and I was given a copy of what was done.

Well, you call make an appointment, they call to remind you and they send you a message of reminder, you take the vehicle in and it is finished by promised time. The Paris Chevrolet group is fantastic!!!!
